Senior Producer

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Producer to join our AAA production team and take a key leadership role in driving the successful development of our next major title for PC and current-generation consoles (PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S).

As a Senior Producer, you’ll play a central role in enabling this collaboration and making sure our cross-functional teams stay focused, supported, and empowered.

This role requires a production leader who thrives in high-performance environments and understands how to balance scope, quality, and team health. You will partner closely with the Executive Producer and senior leadership to build and maintain production pipelines that scale effectively across departments and disciplines, from pre-production through launch and live support.

• Cross-Functional Team Leadership

  • Champion cross-disciplinary collaboration across teams - ensuring clear communication, aligned goals, and cohesive workflows.
  • Act as the central coordination point for feature teams composed of members from multiple departments.
  • Ensure that design, art, tech, and other departments are working in sync toward shared milestones and product goals.

• Project Management & Planning

  • Define, maintain, and drive production schedules across game systems and features for PC and console platforms.
  • Manage sprint planning, milestone deliverables, and long-range project timelines in collaboration with discipline leads.
  • Identify and manage risks, resolve production bottlenecks, and adapt plans as needed to keep the project on track.

• Execution & Delivery

  • Monitor and report progress across multiple game areas, ensuring milestones are met on time and with high quality standards.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and team rituals (e.g., stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) with efficiency and purpose.
  • Drive accountability and follow-through across feature teams, resolving blockers and escalating where necessary.

• Stakeholder Communication

  • Deliver timely and transparent updates on progress, risks, and tradeoffs to the Executive Producer and studio leadership.
  • Help translate high-level vision and goals into actionable plans for cross-functional teams.

• Team Support & Growth

  • Mentor junior and mid-level producers to grow their capabilities and effectiveness.
  • Promote a studio culture centered on passion, collaboration & mutual respect.
  • Help maintain sustainable production practices that support long-term team health and creativity.

• 5+ years of production experience in the AAA video game industry, including 2 or more shipped titles on PC and/or current-generation consoles (PS5, Xbox Series X|S).
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams through the full game development lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of the roles, workflows, and interdependencies between design, art, tech, and QA.
• Proficiency with production tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to anticipate challenges, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-moving development environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with live service development or post-launch content support.
• Experience in early-access release management.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine or equivalent AAA development tools.
• Experience working with external or outsourced teams.
• Background in a game development discipline (design, art, engineering, etc.).
