What will you do?

As a Gameplay Team Lead, you'll be the technical backbone of our gameplay team. That means driving development, mentoring engineers, and making sure we ship at the highest quality.

• Own the technical vision for gameplay systems from prototype to release.
• Lead and mentor a team of gameplay engineers, helping them grow and succeed.
• Plan and assign tasks, ensuring smooth delivery across sprints and milestones.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
• Onboard new team members and help them integrate seamlessly.
• Shape the team by participating in recruitment and hiring decisions.
• Collaborate closely with designers, animators, and producers to bring features to life.

What do we expect?

• Strong C++ skills;
• At least one released AA+ title. You've been through the full development cycle and know what it takes to ship a game.
• Proven experience as a Gameplay Team Lead;
• A collaborative mindset. You enjoy mentoring, sharing knowledge, and making the team better;
• A passion for games. You understand what makes gameplay feel great and you care about player experience.
